If you are 12 weeks pregnant, fetal age is 10 weeks now!
Your baby is as tall as a squash ball, that’s about 6 commande de viagra.1 cm long. Baby is growing very rapidly, and structures that have already grown by this week, will continue to develop. Baby’s posture is becoming less curled and more upright, and the arms, legs and fingers are also growing out and tapering to look more like a newborn’s.

The skeletal system has more areas of bone formation and quite a bit of scattered rudiments of hair can now be seen on the body.
The external genitalia are beginning to show distinct features of whether male or female sex characteristics. Something remarkable this week, is that the pituitary gland at the base of baby’s brain is now producing hormones.

Baby’s nervous system has also developed further, and he/she is continuing to turn somersaults, roll over, flex his/her fingers, hiccup, and stretch, although you won’t be able to feel any movements.

You on the other hand, are now having more than just the first month pregnancy symptoms. That is, your uterus has grown too big to fit in its usual spot…your pelvis and most likely making you just a little bit uncomfortable, as it pushes into your abdomen. You are probably having slow muscle contractions in your gastrointestinal tract all the way to your bowels, giving you harder and drier stools and making you gassier.

Something to note, is if you are 12 weeks pregnant, your heart rate might speed up due to the increased volume of blood in your body. And, as you grow your pregnancy week by week, your ligaments are going to soften; you will start to feel pain in your tail bone especially if you spend much of your day sitting down.

If you suffer from occasional headaches, take only acetaminophen (Tylenol), not aspirin. If water, food and relaxation don’t work, remember to take a pain-reliever. But avoid aspirin!

Keep healthy snacks in your purse, this is a very important thing for you because you will certainly get hungry, and what’s better than having a healthy snack to chew upon, rather than a sugar filled doughnut at the nearest vending machine!
